Negative: Apartment is clean and in a good location. The only issues I’ve had is the check in and check out process. I had to drive to the middle of surfers to get the key! When I got there the lady at the desk took a deposit. Which leads me to my next annoyance. 5 days after checking out I am still chasing up and waiting for my deposit to be refunded. The process is frustrating and I don’t know why they do it this way. This is the only downfall.

Terrible
Positive: Nice apartment
Negative: They lied and did not advertise that the facilities (gym, pool sauna) were closed over the duration of my stay. These facilities were the ONLY reason why I booked this apartment. I provided photo evidence of the construction works, closure of facilities and road closure - AND was still accused of being a liar. From there, no compensation was discussed or agreed upon. The host simply IGNORED me and still will not respond to my messages.
